These vegetarian papads are made by the sun-drying method. The khichiya papads are made up of rice flour, unlike others that are made up of pulses. The rice flour is kneaded to make perfect dough along with spices and rolled out to make papads.
Deep fry the Papadums for the crispiest results found in the Image, toast on medium, or until nicely browned and crisp, If using a microwave, cook for about 2 minutes, or until crisp. Serve Them With Chaat Masala Provided.
For Microwave - Take the papad & oil, apply the oil on both sides of papad (Rice Papad) either with a brush or use your hand. At a time, place one Khichiya (Rice Papad) on a microwave-safe plate and microwave it for 20 to 30 secs. That's it, perfectly roasted Khichiya Papad is ready to serve.
